When contacting us about an account or billing issue, please write from the email address linked to your VelvetVice account so we can verify and help you faster.

Managing your subscription

VelvetVice subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your plan, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select VelvetVice. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring a purchase

Changed device or reinstalled the App? Open VelvetVice, go to Account, and tap Restore purchases to re-activate your subscription.

Deleting your account

To permanently delete your account and all associated stories and data, email privacy@velvetvice.app from your account email address. Verified requests are actioned within 30 days.

Is the content really unlimited?

On a paid plan, yes. You can create and continue as many stories as you like. The free tier includes a limited number of stories and scenes so you can try the experience first.

Who can see my stories?

Only you. Your stories are private to your account. VelvetVice also includes a private vault, a passcode lock, and a discreet mode for extra peace of mind.

Why does a story sometimes surprise me?

Stories are generated by AI from your prompts. The output is creative and not fully predictable, and that’s part of the experience. You can always use Steer the Scene to guide where it goes next.

I’m having a technical problem.

Email support@velvetvice.app with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
